Jack is a distinguished alumnus of Villanova University and holds a Master of Taxation from Villanova School of Law. With over three decades of experience, Jack has garnered recognition as an award-winning discussion leader. He has conducted more than 2,000 seminars as the visionary founder of one of the most prominent providers of continuing professional education ("CPE") for CPAs and financial professionals. His areas of specialty encompass taxation, financial planning and due diligence of private placements, catering primarily to high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses.

Jack's passion lies in leveraging his wide-ranging knowledge to help achieve his clients’ goals. His dedication and proficiency in the realm of taxation education have earned him numerous accolades. In 2006, he furthered his involvement with academia by joining the accounting advisory board at Villanova University.

Demonstrating his unwavering commitment to making a positive impact, Jack founded the ACCESS Community Center in Chester, Pennsylvania. Jack was a driving force behind the project at every stage, ultimately resulting in a carefully planned center that provides a safe and respectful environment for learning, recreation and celebration. He also serves as the Chairman of the Franciscan Ministries Foundation.
